Detailed Specifications

Chess Set

• Includes full STL set: King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, Rook, Pawns.
• Default King size: 2.56” (65 mm) height × 0.98” (25 mm) base.
• Models are fully scalable in slicer software (e.g., Cura).

Modular Board

• Square size: 1.18” × 1.18” × 0.16” (30 mm × 30 mm × 4 mm).
• Also includes a version with 50 mm squares (no pattern).
• Only 5 unique parts are needed to build the full board.

To print the complete board, you need:

• 32 × Central Hollow
• 32 × Central Click
• 16 × Frame Click
• 16 × Frame Hollow
• 4 × Corner

Printing options

• Single-color: use the patterned square (file: ChessBoardV3_30mm_with_pattern.zip) to distinguish dark vs. light.
• Two-color: print 32 squares in black, 32 in white, and the border in your preferred color (black, white, gray, etc.).
